North Jersey Homeschool Science LLC does not accept liability for personal injury or illness to any individual attending NJHSC or any activity related to NJHSC whether organized by NJHSC or otherwise, save to the extent that such injury shall be caused by the negligence or default of any member of the staff of, or any other default on the part of, North Jersey Homeschool Science LLC.  Registration for any program shall indicate agreement with this statement.
